To tackle these challenges, I utilized Buffer CMS for in-depth analysis of post performance. This tool allowed me to identify significant metrics, enabling the optimization of campaign scheduling and content themes for maximum engagement. Photoshop and Lightroom were instrumental in editing photographs to create visually engaging content that reflected the brand's values and product details. Canva facilitated social media theme planning and the creation of seamless carousel posts for Instagram, enhancing visual storytelling. By adjusting post schedules to times of high engagement and focusing on creating effective imagery, we were able to more accurately communicate the brand and product benefits. Implementing trends identified through Buffer CMS and other research into our social media campaigns led to a 33% increase in user engagement, a 25% boost in website traffic, and a 16% rise in conversion rates.
